I’m a sucker for thrillers and if it’s a YA thriller, then all the better. Don’t ask me why I like YA so much better than adult books, but I do. I mean, yes, I read adult books, but I have a strong preference for YA over adult books. So when I saw this come up as one of the blog tours, I knew I had to sign up. Now if you know me, you know that I’m not usually a fan of anything that involves royalty, but the description of the book sounded so good, I had to read it. I’m so glad I did. Characters I’m going to be honest, there’s a ton of characters in this book and it can be tough to get a feel for all of them – especially since we don’t see a lot of all of them. So if I missed a […]

Today we have a special treat – an interview with Dana Claire, author of Hunterland! I asked some “non-traditional” questions to be a bit unique, and I love her answers! Here’s my interview with Dana Claire… Do you plan to read reviews of “Hunterland” and if you do, how will you respond to negativereviews? I love reading reviews. I think it’s a great way to connect to your readers. Good or bad, I genuinelyam just grateful for a person wanting to pick up my work and curl up with it to read. The readers who review my work have always been so kind to me thatall I can say is thank you to them all. What was your favorite book as a child and do you think it influenced […]

Hello again everyone. I’m back with another blog tour – this time I’m featuring The Q by Amy Tintera, a post-apocalyptic YA science fiction novel. Read on for more information on the book and my review of it. If you don’t know by now, I love a good thriller – YA, adult, you name it, I’m probably going to at least try it. But with this one, we also have the science fiction bent with the post-apocalyptic style which was intriguing to me. Characters There are a lot of characters in this book. Some play bigger roles than others, as always. I’m going to detail three characters here that I feel the need to talk about.
